Steady Pursuit, Not Pushy

Pursue in a way that feels grounded, safe, and consistent - not needy or controlling.

The Framework

Clear โ†’ Consistent โ†’ Contained
1

Clear

Say what you are doing. No games. No mystery manipulation.

Examples:

"I am interested in getting to know you, not just vibing around."

"I would like to take you out on Friday. If that does not work, we can find another day."

2

Consistent

Let your interest show in patterns, not performances.

What this looks like:

  • Check in at a realistic rhythm for your life
  • Follow through on what you said
  • Do not do three intense days then vanish for a week

If you need to pull back due to life:

"This week is heavy for me. I still want to talk to you. I will be a bit quieter, but I am not ghosting."

3

Contained

Pursuit does not mean overrun her life.

Avoid:
  • Demanding constant access
  • Testing her loyalty early
  • Oversharing trauma to fast track intimacy
Aim for:
  • "I would like to see you once this week. What day is best?"
  • "I enjoy talking, but I do not want to crowd you. Let me know your pace."
